If you are not satisfied with the quality of a food or grocery item purchased,

we are happy to give you a full refund if notified within the same day, or the day after so we can offer you a replacement if available or a full refund. Simply email or phone us with your receipt.

If you have purchased any fruit or veg item that does not meet our high standards, we will replace your product or give you a full refund.
